Snowed In
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas! We have over twenty inches of snow and our street is impassable but I have my family safely at home and a pork roast in the oven - life is good!

I love shoveling, so when it snows, I look forward to it...(provided I don't have to go on the road). Chloe is adorable!

Looks like you got a bit more snow than we got here in Princeton - still I feel like I was shoveling for hours. It makes you want to stay indoors, making some soup and reading by the fire.
ReplyDeleteJen, That is a lot of snow! We were not plowed out until last night. The kids were in and out, clearing cars that could go no where with an unplowed street. I just made a pot of chicken noodle and a pot of split pea and let the rest of the day take care of itself. It was a good day to watch movies and read.

I had forgotten how bad the storms back East can be. There's something awfully nice about being snowbound with a stock fridge, fire and family. I hope you are having a great time. Blessings...Mary

We got 30" in Summit, what a pretty mess!

I've been watching the storm out east and the clean-up! My mother and sister are in NYC. Hope you can just stay put and enjoy your home and family! Happy New Year, Jen! May 2011 bring you all good things (and calmer weather).
